- Potatoes, Russet, or spud of choice, cleaned & cut into 1/4-1/2" cubes
- Avocado Oil, or fat of choice
- Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate, or seasoning of choice

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven or air-fryer to 400.
- in a bowl, toss together potatoes, fat of choice, & seasonings.
- place on a sheet pan, then bake for 25-30 minutes; stirring at the half-way mark.
- if you make a large batch, cool, then put on a sheet pan, evenly spaced out & freeze; once frozen add to a zip-lock bag.
- reheat in the air-fryer for 3-5 minutes!
