banana bread baked oats
this one’s a staple in my lazy girl breakfast rotation — made with simple wholefood ingredients, no fancy steps, and just one bowl.
it’s warm and cakey like banana bread, but with enough fibre, slow-release carbs and healthy fats to actually keep you going (and not just for 20 minutes).
bake it once, and breakfast is ready for the week — whether you like it warm and cosy or cold from the fridge on your way out the door.
perfect for when you’re tired, hungry, and kind of overthinking everything. this just… works
