High Protein Chocolate Mousse

a chocolate mousse that’s rich, fluffy, feels fancy... and just casually packed with protein? she’s beauty, she’s grace, she’s making my 3pm snack break feel like dessert at a boujee restaurant
i’ve been making this on repeat because it’s just so easy. no weird ingredients, no blender, no stress. it’s the kind of thing you whip up once and suddenly you’re That Girl who makes her own mousse (but like... effortlessly).
promise it’ll satisfy your choccy cravings and leave you feeling good.
let’s just say... this one’s not lasting long in the fridge.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup High Protein Yoghurt - YoPRO, I used vanilla
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all your ingredients to a bowl. Mix with an electric mixer for ~2 mins.
- Place in the fridge for ~1 hour.
- Top with more vanilla YoPRO yoghurt and dark chocolate chips.
