- 2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp2 - 3 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast, or parmesan

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil, or you can sub water!

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Garlic Powder

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Salt and Pepper
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
