Single Serve Vegan Blueberry Crisp
This single serve blueberry crisp is the perfect easy vegan treat that you can enjoy solo. Because sometimes, all you need is a delicious, fruity dessert just for you. You only need 6 ingredients and 10 minutes of your time to put together this simple, fresh and sweet dessert. Perfect for a midweek pick-me-up or weekend sweet treat.
Ingredients

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp All Purpose Flour
- 2.5 tsp2.5 tsp2.5 tsp Brown Sugar, (packed)
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Oats, Rolled, rolled or quick oata

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Grease one small ramekin (4 inch) with melted butter and set aside.
- Add blueberries to greased ramekin and coat in cornstarch.
- In a small bowl, make the crumble by adding all ingredients together and mixing well. There should be soft chunks that hold together. Place the crumble on top of the blueberries.
- Place in the oven and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 10 minutes. Top with ice cream or enjoy as is!
