Mango Colada Smoothie
This smoothie scream Summer. it’s packed with protein in a ton of flavor! It is so delicious that I even made one for myself. This is a great way to give baby protein or any child that loves a good smoothie
Ingredients
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Mango, Frozen
- .25 cup.25 cup.25 cup Pineapple, Frozen
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, Optional
- 4 fl oz4 fl oz4 fl oz Whole Milk, Or milk alternative
Process
