Toddler Snack Cake
We all need a little cake in our life, that includes our picky toddlers. This toddler snack cake is perfect to have on hand because they can enjoy it any time of the day and it will still be nutritious for their body! It has protein from the eggs and cottage cheese, making it a perfect snack or treat for breakfast!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana, Ripe
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Eggs
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cottage Cheese
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract, Optional
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup, Optional
- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup All Purpose Flour
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Baking Powder
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x9 brownie pan.
- In a mixing bowl, add your bananas, eggs, cottage cheese, vanilla extract and maple syrup. Whisk together. Add the flour and baking powder. Stir until it’s all mixed thoroughly.
- Pour into the greased pan and top with sprinkles (optional). Place in the oven and bake for 20-25 minutes depending on your oven. Remove and let it cool before digging in.
