Pb&J Smoothie
This nourishing smoothie that is only 3 ingredients is still packed with the good stuff! This could be a easy smoothie to give us a snack or you could even give it before bedtime. If you swap out the strawberries with a banana, it will provide a natural melatonin to promote a better nights rest.
Ingredients
- 3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz3 - 4 fl oz Water
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Frozen Strawberries
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- In a blender, at all of your ingredients and mix until it becomes a creamy smoothie!
Notes
Swap out the peanut butter for any peanut butter of choice. I like to use frozen strawberries because it blends better and doesn’t leave any seeds!
