Crispy Salmon Bowl
This salmon bowl is the perfect combination of spices, sweet and yummy!
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb1.5 lb1.5 lb Salmon Filet, Wild Caught, Chopped into cubes

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root, Grated

- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Mini Cucumber, Thinly sliced
- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Edamame (Soybeans)
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Avocado, Sliced
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Green Onion (Scallion), Sliced

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Rice Wine Vinegar
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 0.2 whole0.2 whole0.2 whole Lemon, Juiced

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Organic Toasted Sesame Oil - Thrive Market

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- 1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
- 2. Chop your salmon steak into cubes size pieces.
- 3. Pour 1/3 cup of soy sauce in a bowl with the grated ginger. Add the salmon cubes and marinade for 5-30 minutes.
- 4. Cook your rice
- 5. Place the salmon in the oven for 10-12 minutes
- Cucumber salad:
- 1. Thinly slice your cucumber
- 2. In a bowl add 1/3 cup of soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, sesame oil, 1-2 teaspoons of chili sauce, & 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds.
- 3. Add the cucumber slices to the dressing and let sit while the salmon cooks.
- Spicy Mayo:
- 1. Add the avocado mayo, 2-3 teaspoons of chili sauce and the lemon juice.
- In a serving bowl add your rice to the bottom of the dish, add cucumbers, edamame, sliced avocado, salmon pieces and top with spicy mayo, sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
Notes
This dish is easily customizable with your favorite sushi toppings. add crushed sea weed or pickled onions for a fun twist.
