Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Pat the salmon dry. Season the salmon generously with salt and pepper. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan or skillet over medium/high heat. Place the salmon in the pan, skin side down. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes on the first side. Then add the butter, garlic and lemon juice to the pan. Make sure the butter is evenly distributed around the pan.
  2. Flip the salmon and cook for 2-4 minutes on the second side. Remove the salmon from the pan and spoon the garlic butter over the salmon. Serve with fresh dill.
