There is nothing better than the chocolate, peanut butter, and banana combination, unless you add a protein boost to make them totally blood sugar friendly! Gluten free and refined sugar free!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend Ice cream ingredients together until smooth, scraping the sides as needed
  2. Pour into popsicle molds, place your popsicle stick, and freeze at least 4 hours
  3. Melt chocolate with roughly 1/2 tbsp coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted. Pour into a tall glass for easier coating
  4. Dip frozen popsicles into melted chocolate then place on parchment paper and back into the freezer for 10min until chocolate coating is hard to the touch
  5. Optionally, drizzle with more melted chocolate, peanut butter, and flakey sea salt
  6. Enjoy!
  7. Keep leftovers stored in an air tight container in the freezer
