- To a large shaker add the torn basil leaves and 1 tbsp of the lemonade.
- Muddle the basil leaves until the lemonade has a green tint to it. You want the basil leaves to really be smushed.
- Add the blueberry jam and ice to the shaker, then add the lemonade.
- Shake everything to combine.
- Add ice to a glass and pour the lemonade mix into the glass.
- If you like it less sweet top with club soda.
- Use fresh basil leaves and blueberries for garnish desired.
Notes
If you don't want to have little pieces of jam or basil in your drink make sure you strain the drink using a fine mesh strainer. I used Simply Lemonade, and Bonne Maman Wild Blueberry Preserves, but any blueberry jam should work. If you're feeling spicy add a splash of gin.
