Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a medium bowl add all dry ingredients and stir.
  2. Add remaining ingredients (except cinnamon sugar). Stir well.
  3. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
  5. Use a cookie scoop and scoop dough then gently roll in cinnamon sugar.
  6. Place on cookie sheet and press down to about 1/2” thickness.
  7. Bake for 9-10 minutes until slightly firm to the touch.
  8. Let cool on cookie sheet for 10 minutes before removing.

Notes

You can store in air tight container for 4 days, or freeze for a month.
