these raspberry almond baked oats are soft, golden and packed with flavour! and yes, they cook perfectly in the air fryer. made with simple wholefood ingredients, a boost of protein, and topped with flaked almonds for crunch, they’re an easy breakfast you can prep ahead or enjoy warm straight from the dish!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a oven safe baking dish, mash bananas until smooth
  2. Add oats, milk, protein powder and baking powder, then stir until combined
  3. Top with raspberries and flaked almonds
  4. Place dish in air fryer* and cook at 160c for 20-25 minutes until golden and set in the centre
  5. Let cool slightly before slicing and enjoy warm or cold!
  6. I served with yoghurt and a drizzle of peanut butter
