- Add all ingredients for the cold foam to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. If the mixture is too thick, add an additional splash of oat milk until it reaches your desired consistency.
- To make a pumpkin cream cold brew drink, fill a glass halfway with ice and pour in your cold brew or coffee of choice, leaving about an inch from the top.
- Pour or spoon about 4 to 6 tablespoons of cold foam on top. Finish with a sprinkle of cinnamon and enjoy!
Notes
Recipe yields about 3 cups of cold foam (8 servings of 6 tablespoons each). Coconut milk: Use canned full-fat coconut milk; be sure to shake the can first to incorporate the liquid and cream. Room temperature is best—in my experience, chilled coconut milk can sometimes get grainy when blended. Light coconut milk should also work, but the cold foam won't be as thick. Dairy-free heavy cream works great, too. Storage: Store leftover cold foam in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week. Because the base of the cold foam is canned coconut milk, it will slightly thicken in the fridge.
