If you are looking for a high protein and veggie forward breakfast to meal prep for the week or feed friends for a brunch, this is the recipe for you. The pesto flavor is an amazing switch up if you are getting tired of boring eggs!

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. 2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk, pesto, salt and pepper until smooth
  3. 3. Stir in veggies and turkey bacon. Option to mix in cheese as well!
  4. 4. Spray/coat a 13x9 pan with olive oil
  5. 5. Add the breakfast bake mixture into the 13x9 pan and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until it is completely set
  6. 6. Let cool before cutting.
  7. 7. Pair with your favorite toast and fruit!
