Kale Pesto Guacamole
This 5-ingredient dip takes just 5 minutes to make if you already have pesto lying around. Depending on the pesto you use, this is easily Paleo, AIP, and Whole30 compatible!
Ingredients
- 111 Avocado
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Basil Pesto, (or pesto of choice)
- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Kale, shredded
- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt, to taste
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Carefully slice the avocado in half, and remove the pit. Scoop the meat out of the avocado & into a bowl.
- Add remaining ingredients (except salt) and mix with a fork to combine while gently mashing the avocado.
- Add salt to taste, then mix to combine until it has reached your desired consistency.
