Ingredients

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Coconut Sugar

- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Creamy Peanut Butter, Room temperature

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Baking Soda - Thrive Market

- Mix the peanut butter, coconut sugar, and egg
- Add in the other ingredients
- I made mine into 6 cookies
- Smash them down a little
- Bake at 350° for 9 minutes. Depending on the size you might need more do less time
- Let them completely cool before eating or they will crumble
- Enjoy!!
