- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats - One Degree Organic
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Pumpkin Purée
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Applesauce, Unsweetened
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Pure Maple Syrup
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice

- First, preheat your oven to 350.
- Grease your baking dish, an 8x8 will work here.
- Add your oats, pumpkin puree, applesauce, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice and chocolate chips to the pan. Mix together and press to form your bars.
- Place in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
