Frozen Pumpkin S’mores
These frozen pumpkin s’mores are giving Fall vibes without the sticky fingers (or the bug bites).
When you want a different sweet treat that is also no bake, these really are such a fun idea to bring to a party or to have in your freezer when your sweet tooth kicks in.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Organic Pumpkin - Thrive Market

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Organic Vegan White Baking Chips - Pascha Chocolate Co., melted (can also use dark or milk chocolate)

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice - Primal Palate

- 12 whole12 whole12 whole Graham Crackers
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cool Whip, or any whipped topping, softened

- Take your whipped topping out so it softens.
- Mix pumpkin, melted chocolate, and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl.
- Spread pumpkin mixture over 6 graham crackers on a parchment lined baking sheet and freeze for 10 min.
- Take out of the freezer and spread whipped topping over pumpkin and top with remaining 6 graham crackers.
- Freeze for 2 hours before cutting into squares.
- Store in freezer.
