  1. Add all ingredients to the blender, except the olive oil and feta. Blend until smooth. Add in the oil and feta and blend again. Refrigerate until you serve.
  2. Enjoy with some grilled chicken thighs or on top of a chicken bowl!

Notes

If you need less fat and more protein, substitute the olive oil out with 2-3 tbsp full fat cottage cheese.
