High Protein Peruvian Sauce
Peruvian sauce that can be used on almost anything!! Blend up, refrigerate, and use on hand on almost anything.
Ingredients

- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Jalapeño Pepper
- 3 pieces3 pieces3 pieces Green Onion (Scallion), green part only

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Garlic

- 0.5 pieces0.5 pieces0.5 pieces Lime Juice
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Feta Cheese
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cilantro
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add all ingredients to the blender, except the olive oil and feta. Blend until smooth. Add in the oil and feta and blend again. Refrigerate until you serve.
- Enjoy with some grilled chicken thighs or on top of a chicken bowl!
Notes
If you need less fat and more protein, substitute the olive oil out with 2-3 tbsp full fat cottage cheese.
