  1. Thaw the ground Chicken (or Turkey) and pat dry.
  2. In a high-speed blender, blend together mint leaves, cilantro, green chili, red onions, ginger garlic paste, yoghurt and meat masala (Pending Ingredient) into a fine paste
  3. Mix the ground spice paste with ground chicken (or turkey) and add breadcrumbs and salt to taste.
  4. Make small round balls out of the mixture.
  5. Heat 1 tbsp. of oil in a pan and add the prepared balls to the pan. Cover and cook on medium heat for about 4 minutes.
  6. Uncover, flip and cook the chicken balls until they are well browned.
  7. Make the Cilantro Dip by blending cilantro, jalapeno, red onion, garlic, lime juice, Greek yoghurt and salt to taste in a high-speed blender.
  8. Transfer the sauce to a bowl and enjoy with the meatballs

Notes

You will be able to buy meat masala, a mix of various spices, at an Indian store or online. The spice levels of the masala may vary by brand. Use as per desired spice level. Add salt to taste in both meatballs and the cilantro dip. I mentioned 1/2 tsp and a pinch in the respective recipes, but this varies based on your preferences.
