Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Coconut Sugar

- 333 Egg Whites
- 0.75 cup0.75 cup0.75 cup Cassava Flour

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Bean Powder

- Preheat your ice cream cone maker.
- Add all of the ingredients to a food processor. Process until smooth.
- When the ice cream cone maker is heated, add 3 spoonful’s of the batter to the center of the cone maker.
- Gently press the top down and cook until golden brown and fully cooked through.
- Carefully remove the cone with a spatula and set on the counter.
- Place the cone mold in the center and wrap the cone around the mold.
- Let the cone sit in the mold for a few minutes until it’s fully cooled and formed.
- Continue with the rest of the batter.
