- You'll need three slices of bread. Spread ketchup on one slice, top with the second, and make a well in the middle, as shown in Figure 3.
- Add butter, cheese, and sausage.
- Slice the tomatoes, grate the cheese, and top with the third slice of bread.
- Carefully place the egg in the center along with the grated cheese, olives, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes, until the egg is cooked through.
