- .125 tsp.125 tsp.125 tsp Salt

- .5 cup.5 cup.5 cup Peanut Butter, smooth (natural, 100%, sugar free)

- Beat the eggs until they are fluffy with an egg whisk or hand mixer.
- Add the cocoa powder, swerve, salt, vanilla extract and coconut oil to the eggs and mix it until it is smooth consistency.
- Pour the brownie muffins into 12 muffin forms.
- Place 2 teaspoons of peanut butter in the middle of each muffin.
- Bake in preheated to 180C/350F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
