- Preheat your oven to 350u00b0F (180u00b0C) and line a prepared baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the Keto Nutella, almond flour, and egg using a hand mixer until you get smooth, sticky cookie dough.
- Use a small cookie scoop to shape the cookie batter into 6 cookies and place on the lined baking sheet.
- Flatten the top of the cookies gently with your fingers or a spoon.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 7-8 minutes until the edges are golden brown and just set and the centers are soft.
- Let them cool on a cooling rack.
