Keto Snack
This simple snack can be doubled or tripled for a tasty lunch too. A quick comforting snack that is low carb. See notes for options.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces2 pieces2 pieces Bacon, cooked

- 222 Eggs, boiled
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Lettuce, Romaine
- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Sea Salt

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Boil the eggs to medium to hard boiled.
- My preferred boiling method is to add the eggs into the water and turn burner on high. Once it boils remove it and let eggs sit in water for 8-10 minutes.
- Cook the bacon to your preferred doneness and set aside to drain.
- Wash lettuce and set on plate.
- Put bacon on lettuce.
- Peel and cut eggs and add on top.
- Sprinkle salt on and enjoy.
Notes
You can top with shaved red onion, scallions, or grated cheddar cheese. I’ve kept the base recipe super simple but have fun with it!
