Smashed Bone Broth Brussels Sprouts
Tender on the inside, crispy on the outside, and bursting with savory flavor these Brussels sprouts get a major upgrade when roasted in bone broth seasoning
Ingredients
- 2 lb2 lb2 lb Brussels Sprouts
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Beef Instant Bone Broth - Bare Bones, 1 stick

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Garlic Powder

- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 pinch1 pinch1 pinch Salt and Pepper, to taste
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Organic Balsamic Glaze

- 2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp2 - 4 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add Brussels sprouts to a pot or saucepan
- Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 10–12 minutes until fork-tender
- Drain and pat dry
- Arrange sprouts on a parchment-lined baking sheet
- Gently flatten each one with the bottom of a cup
- Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with bare bones broth seasoning, nutritional yeast, garlic, salt, and pepper and cheese if using
- Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy
- Top with your favorite extras a sprinkle of cheese, a drizzle of balsamic, or a touch of salt
