- 2 cups2 cups2 cups Jicama, cut into fries
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Chili Lime Seasoning
- .25 tsp.25 tsp.25 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Lime Juice

- Marinate the Steak: In a bowl, mix coconut aminos, olive oil, chili garlic sauce, lime juice, garlic, smoked paprika, and salt. Add steak cubes and toss to coat. Marinate at least 30 min or overnight in the fridge.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Place steak cubes in a single layer in the basket. Air fry for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway through for even cooking. Or cook in a cast iron skillet until seared and medium cooked.
- Toss jicama fries with oil, spices, and lime zest.
- Air fry or bake at 400°F for 15–20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and crisp at the edges.
- Squeeze lime juice on top and sprinkle with more chili lime seasoning if you want extra
