Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- preheat oven to 275.
- to a large bowl, add all dry ingredients; set aside.
- in a sauce pan over medium heat, melt fat, hot sauces, lime juice, & monk fruit.
- remove from heat, then add seasonings.
- using a large spatula, thoroughly mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients.
- add snack mix to a baking sheet; then bake for 60-75 minutes, stirring every 15-20 minutes.
- remove from oven, then allow to cool completely.
- fold in meat sticks, edamame beans, & pineapple chips.
- store in an air-tight container for up to 1 week at room temperature or freeze for longer shelf-life.
