- Place all of the ingredients in a crockpot.
- Cook on low for 10 hours or high for 4 hours. Stir occasionally.
- After it's finished cooking, puree thoroughly with an immersion blender, in a blender, or a food processor.
- Allow to cool to room temperature, pour into sterile containers, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 3 months. Enjoy!
