Ingredients
crust
- 9 oz9 oz9 oz Cinnamon Toast Protein Cereal - Catalina Crunch, use for crust

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cinnamon, Ground, add to cheesecake

white chocolate collagen icing
- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips

- 1/2 cup1/2 cup1/2 cup Vanilla Collagen Peptides Powder - Further Food

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Water, as needed
cinnamon roll streusel
- 222 Cinnamon Cookie Dough Superfood Bar - B.T.R. Nation

- 1/4 cup1/4 cup1/4 cup Golden Monkfruit Sweetener (with Allulose) - Lakanto

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cinnamon, Ground

- 1/4 tsp1/4 tsp1/4 tsp Sea Salt

- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Almond Butter

- 1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp1-2 Tbsp Water, as needed

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- follow my instructions for making protein cheesecake bites, using 2, 12 divot silicon muffin tins + use cinnamon flavored cereal for crust.
- allow to cool completely before adding toppings.
- to make ganache, start by melting white chocolate chips.
- mix in collagen peptides & water until reaches a nice fudgy consistency.
- add & spread a scoop of of ganache onto each bite.
- in a food processor, add BTR bars, monk fruit, cinnamon, & sea salt; blitz into a crumble.
- transfer to a bowl, then add in almond butter & a little bit of water until more of a streusel forms.
- sprinkle streusel onto of ganache & lightly press in.
- allow to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate or freeze to cool completely (itâs best to let it set overnight).
