This PB CUP Protein ‘Blizzard’ is giving Dairy Queen energy but with over 30g of protein and way less sugar!

It’s thick, creamy, salty-sweet, and layered with peanut butter ganache and chunks of real PB cups.

High-protein cottage cheese magic at it again !!!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Blend the cottage cheese, 2 tbsp PBfit, 1tbsp maple syrup, and ½ chopped PB cup until smooth and creamy.
  2. Scoop the mixture back into the cottage cheese cup or a small bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix 2 tbsp PBfit, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and 1 tbsp water until smooth to make your ganache.
  4. Pour ganache over the blizzard base and top with the remaining chopped PB cup.
  5. Freeze for 25 minutes until slightly firm and ice cream-like.
  6. Spoon straight from the cup and enjoy!
