This super indulgent cookie bar is loaded with flavor. It features nut butter, whole pecans, and chocolate chips - then topped with decadent dairy free ganache, GF pretzels and pecans. Its the perfect combination of chewy, salty, sweet, and crunchy!

- - preheat oven to 350
- - line 8x8 pan with parchment
- - in a large bowl, mix nut butter, coconut sugar, and avocado oil until smooth
- - add eggs and vanilla
- - in a separate bowl mix flor, baking soda, baking powder, and salt
- - fold dry ingredients into wet
- - stir in chocolate chips, and pecans
- - bake 20-25 minutes
- - allow to fully cool
- - create ganache by melting chocolate and adding coconut yogurt
- - top with pretzels and pecans
