I simply cannot get enough of Crockpot recipes for easy, meal prep friendly meals that the whole family always loves. This Honey Garlic Chicken is so incredibly flavorful and delicious served with rice and roasted broccoli for a balanced, nourishing dinner. If you'd like this to yield a larger quantity for leftovers/meal prep, I would recommend doubling the recipe!

Process

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. Add chicken breasts to the bottom of your Crockpot/slow cooker.
  2. Make sauce by whisking together liquid aminos, rice vinegar, honey, tomato paste, sriracha, garlic, and black pepper.
  3. Pour sauce over chicken to cover.
  4. Cook on high for 4 hours.
  5. When finished, use two forks to shred chicken.
  6. Serve over rice with roasted broccoli, and top with sesame seeds, green onion, and avocado. Enjoy!

If you would like to have more leftover for meal prep, I recommend doubling this recipe!
