High-Protein Mocha Tiramisu Bites

Ingredients
- 10 whole10 whole10 whole Medjool Dates, pitted and soaked in hot water for 5 minutes
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Water, warm
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats - One Degree Organic, or quick oats
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Almond Flour

- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Espresso Powder
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cocoa Powder

- 44 grams44 grams44 grams All-in-One-Shake - Good Protein, Mocha Flavour - one scoop
- 2 tsp2 tsp2 tsp Espresso, brewed

- 3 Tbsp3 Tbsp3 Tbsp Peanut Butter, or any nut butter of choice

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cocoa Powder, to coat energy bites

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To a food processor, combine all ingredients except white chocolate chips and 1/3 cup cocoa powder. Blend well until a sticky paste forms.
- Pour white chocolate chips into batter and incorporate with a spatula.
- Use a small cookie scooper and roll into balls.
- Coat tiramisu bites in cocoa powder, place on a parchment paper and let set in the fridge for 5-10 minutes before enjoying.
Notes
How to store: place in an airtight container and keep in the fridge for 2 weeks.
