Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Cottage Cheese, Low-Fat, can be blended or not - I prefer blended
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Vanilla Protein Powder, see description for my faves
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Sprouted Rolled Oats - One Degree Organic
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Chocolate Gems - Unreal
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
Process
Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Mix everything together and fold in the chocolate chips. Store in a glass jar in the fridge and enjoy as you please!
Notes
This is pretty rich, so I really only needed about 1/4-1/3 cup and felt satisfied. If you're using this as a meal instead of a dessert/snack, I'd eat about 1/2-3/4 cup.
