Cranberry Lime Mocktail
This Cranberry Lime Mocktail is the perfect drink to sip on during the holidays or on the weekend! It's bubbly, fresh, tart and so easy to make. All you need is cranberry juice, fresh lime, and sparkling water for a refreshing drink that brings all the flavour, with none of the alcohol.
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Ice Cubes, mint infused or regular
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Cranberry Juice, Unsweetened, or sweetened
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sparkling Water, lime flavoured (I used SpinDrift)
- 0.5 whole0.5 whole0.5 whole Lime, (juice from 1/2 lime)

- 4 whole4 whole4 whole Cranberries, Fresh, to garnish
- 1 pieces1 pieces1 pieces Lime, 1 lime slice, for garnish

- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Rum, or vodka, if making alcoholic (optional)
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Lemonade, No Sugar Added, (optional) for sweetness

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Add ice cubes to your glass, then pour in cranberry juice, sparkling water and juice from ½ a lime.
- Stir everything together and top with a lime slice and cranberries.
- Alcohol option: add 2 oz of rum or vodka.
- Sweetener option: add 1/4 cup of lemonade to sweeten your drink.
Notes
You can add rum or vodka if you prefer to make this alcoholic. If you find the drink too bitter, add lemonade for sweetness.
