Cranberry Elderflower Mocktail (Edit recipe)

We used to enjoy this drink in college made with citrus vodka, St. Germain, and champagne; but now that I don't really drink alcohol, I wanted to find a way to enjoy my favorite cocktail without the buzz (and impending hangover). This mocktail was born as a result and it's absolutely delicious. Is it the exact same? Of course not! But it's slightly floral, tart, fizzy, and guaranteed to be a hit!
