Béarnaise Burgers
Everything tastes better when it's topped with homemade béarnaise! These burgers are absolutely delicious and packed with incredible flavor. ENJOY!
Ingredients
- 1 lb1 lb1 lb 85% Lean Ground Beef - US Wellness Meats

- 111 Himalayan Pink Salt, To taste

- 111 Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh, To taste

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp White Wine Vinegar
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Black Peppercorns, Ground Fresh

- 4 Tbsp4 Tbsp4 Tbsp Butter, Salted, Organic

- 0.125 tsp0.125 tsp0.125 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Heavy Whipping Cream
- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Rosemary, Dried

- 0.25 tsp0.25 tsp0.25 tsp Thyme, Dried

- 444 Egg Yolk

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Make your burgers by forming the ground beef into 4 patties.
- Generously top with the pink salt and cracked pepper. Set aside.
- In a medium sized sauce pan over very low heat, melt butter.
- When butter is melted, keep on low heat and combine the remaining ingredients with the exception of the egg yolks.
- Mix well and continue to heat on low.
- Add the 4 egg yolks and mix until fully combined.
- Using an immersion blender, blend until fully combined.
- Heat on low, occasionally mixing with the immersion blender. The béarnaise will thicken.
- Heat your grill to 400° – 450°F.
- Place your burger patties on the grill for 5 minutes, then flip and grill for an additional 5 minutes for medium cooked burgers.
- Plate your burgers with your favorite toppings and pour the béarnaise right on top.
- ENJOY!
