Chicken Egg Rolls
This incredibly simple recipe is awesome for a game day food that you and your family will love. We're using high quality pasture raised chicken from US Wellness Meats, which was seasoned incredibly with Primal Palate seasoning and Jozo tamari. These are baked, not fried, so you can feel better about eating 5 of them (which is very easy to do).
Ingredients
- 1 - 1.25 lb1 - 1.25 lb1 - 1.25 lb Pasture-raised Chicken Breasts - US Wellness Meats, cooked and shredded

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Water
- 1 clove1 clove1 clove Garlic, chopped

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Ginger Root, minced

- 0.5 tsp0.5 tsp0.5 tsp Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 1.5 cup1.5 cup1.5 cup Coleslaw Mix (Shredded Cabbage and Carrots)
- 9 whole9 whole9 whole Egg Roll Wrappers
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Barrel Aged Tamari Soy Sauce - Jozo

- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Ketchup
- 1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp1 - 2 Tbsp Honey

- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Cornstarch

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Boil your chicken for about 10 minutes until cooked. Let cool and then shred chicken and add to a bowl.
- Add the tamari, water, garlic, ginger, and seasonings to the chicken and stir.
- On a parchment lined large baking sheet, take an egg roll wrapper and turn a corner towards you so it's shaped like a diamond. Add about 2-3 tbs chicken and coleslaw mix on the bottom. Roll the bottom up over the mixture, and fold in the sides and then wrap tightly. Spray the tops of the egg rolls with oil.
- Bake at 375 for 25 minutes.
- While they are baking, make your sauce. In a small saucepan, add all the ingredients and heat on medium low whisking constantly. Once it starts to boil, turn off heat. It should be thick. Pour into a small bowl to serve to dip!
