They are an excellent alternative to french fries cooked and heavy oils. They are a low-carb alternative that are sweet on the inside and crispy on the outside. My new favorite way to cook up this nutrient, dense squash is to simply peel, slice into equalizes, toss an extra-virgin olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper to taste. Air fryer 400° for 10 minutes till crisp tender perfection! Dip in your favorite aïoli sauce and enjoy!
