Gas Grilled Smoked Brisket
This uses a couple different Primal Palate seasonings. It came out so tender and tasted amazing!
Ingredients
- 1 whole1 whole1 whole Beef Brisket Point - US Wellness Meats

- 111 Meat & Potatoes Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 111 Steak Seasoning - Primal Palate

- 111 Wood Chips

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- Start bbq
- Soak wood chips in water for 20 mins
- Trim excess fat, leaving about a 1/4-inch fat cap
- Liberally coat brisket with seasonings
- Place wood chips in metal wood chip smoker box and place under grill rack on top of burner
- Place a cast iron pan that is a quarter way filled up with water under the bbq rack and directly under the brisket
- Sear the brisket on each side and turn the burner off where the brisket is, using indirect heat to cook it
- Maintain 225-250°F and cooking until tender (around 200°F internal temp), then resting it thoroughly before slicing against the grain
- Cooking times will vary depending on how big your brisket is, but it will take several hours
