Best healthy delicious treat, is the perfect snack to have meal prepped. It is a great alternative for the kids who come home asking for something sweet. It is sweet and taste like dessert, however, it is packed with healthy grains and fats. It’s a great snack to have on hand.

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
  1. In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients. Stir together until the granola bite dough is formed.
  2. Press dough into an 8 x 8 pan.
  3. Place in the freezer until it is hardened. You should be able to remove the bars from the pan with no problem. I like to put parchment paper on the bottom of the pan before pressing the batter into it. This way they’re easy to pull out from the pan.
  4. Slice into bite-size squares and enjoy.
