Best healthy delicious treat, is the perfect snack to have meal prepped. It is a great alternative for the kids who come home asking for something sweet. It is sweet and taste like dessert, however, it is packed with healthy grains and fats. It’s a great snack to have on hand.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 3 cups3 cups3 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Coconut Sugar

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Pure Maple Syrup

- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Sugar-Free White Chocolate Chips, Lily’s

- In a mixing bowl, add all of your ingredients. Stir together until the granola bite dough is formed.
- Press dough into an 8 x 8 pan.
- Place in the freezer until it is hardened. You should be able to remove the bars from the pan with no problem. I like to put parchment paper on the bottom of the pan before pressing the batter into it. This way they’re easy to pull out from the pan.
- Slice into bite-size squares and enjoy.
