Banana Cheesecake Truffles
These tiny treats are so delicious and packed with nutrients. The topping has hidden protein in it and your kiddos will never know. My kids loved these wake up snacks!
Ingredients
- 2 whole2 whole2 whole Banana
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 cup0.5 cup0.5 cup Agave Nectar Syrup
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

- Slice your bananas into coin pieces. Place a banana in the bottom of a mini muffin pan (repeat until the entire muffin pan is filled with bananas).
- In a mixing bowl, add all of your topping ingredients. If you need it runnier, you can always add more heavy cream.
- Pour peanut butter mixture over each banana.
- Place in the freezer to let it harden.
