I'm putting my spin on the viral banana bark by using white chocolate instead of dark, and adding yogurt for some protein. These are truly a delight and are great for kids and adults alike. If you try these, please leave a review and let me know what you think!

  1. Cut bananas into about 1/2 inch coins and lay flat on a small baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Melt your chocolate.
  3. Mix yogurt and peanut butter together and then add in the chocolate.
  4. Spread mixture over the bananas in an even layer and freeze for an hour. Break into pieces and enjoy!
  5. Store in freezer.
