- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Pat chicken tenders dry with paper towl.
- In a bowl, mix together pork panko, Parmesan cheese, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Set aside.
- Place mayo in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Dip the chicken tender in the mayo. Them dredge in pork pank mixture.
- Place chicken on a foil lined baking sheet.
- Bake 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
