This Cherry Cold Foam Latte is a refreshing iced cherry latte made with homemade cherry syrup, bold espresso, and creamy milk, all topped with a fluffy cherry cold foam. Sweet-tart cherries are simmered and blended into a smooth syrup that adds bright fruit flavor to every layer of this coffeehouse-style drink.

Cherry Syrup
- 16 oz16 oz16 oz Cherries, Frozen
- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup Cane Sugar

Cherry Cold Foam
- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Whole Milk
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cherry Syrup, see recipe above
Latte
- 2 oz2 oz2 oz Espresso

- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Whole Milk, or milk of choice
- 1 Tbsp1 Tbsp1 Tbsp Cherry Syrup
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Madagascar Vanilla Bean Syrup - Transcendence Coffee, optional

Note, these instructions are written assuming the standard serving size, since you have modified the number of servings, these steps may need to be modified for best results
- To Make the Cherry Syrup: Add the frozen cherries, sugar, and water to a small saucepan.
- Bring to a gentle simmer over medium-low heat and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cherries are very soft and broken down.
- Carefully transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until completely smooth.
- Pour through a fine mesh sieve into a jar or bowl.
- Let cool completely, then store in the refrigerator.
- To Make the Cherry Cold Foam: In a small glass or bowl, combine the heavy cream, milk and cherry syrup. Use a handheld frother (or whisk vigorously) until thick and fluffy. Set aside.
- Add 1 tablespoon cherry syrup to the bottom of a tall glass. Drizzle some along the sides if you want that layered look.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Stir together the espresso, milk and vanilla syrup (if using) Pour the espresso and milk mixture over the ice.
- Add the milk and vanilla syrup (if using) and gently stir to combine.
- Spoon or slowly pour the cherry cold foam over the top.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
Notes
This cherry syrup is a large batch and can be stored in the refrigerator to use for multiple days. Feel free to adjust milk ratios according to personal taste. If you want to add a bit of festive color to the top you can sprinkle on cherry powder like pictured above.
