Tuna Veggie Patties
It is very rare that I get my kids to eat veggies. I love making these veggie patties and adding hidden protein to them. Then it becomes the best of both worlds and my kids are eating vegetables and protein at the same time. these turned out so delicious and my picky toddlers actually liked them.
Ingredients
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Baby Carrots, Cooked
- 1 cup1 cup1 cup Potatoes, Baby, Cooked
- 5 oz5 oz5 oz Tuna, Canned
- 0.333 cup0.333 cup0.333 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
- 0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp0.5 Tbsp Himalayan Pink Salt

- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Garlic Powder

- .5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp.5 Tbsp Onion Powder

- 0.25 cup0.25 cup0.25 cup All Purpose Flour, Optional

- Heat a skillet on medium heat.
- In a mixing bowl, add your carrots and potatoes. Mash until they are super tiny pieces: Then add all other ingredients and mix together.
- Scoop a small patty size onto the skillet and cook on both sides until golden brown.
- Enjoy!

The flour will make it more pancake like.
