- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp1 tsp1 tsp Vanilla Extract

- 2 Tbsp2 Tbsp2 Tbsp maple syrup
- .667 cup.667 cup.667 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp2-3 Tbsp heavy cream (or milk)
- .5 tsp.5 tsp.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Unfold puff pastry and cut into 8 rectangles.
- Place on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- In one bowl, mix pumpkin puree, sugar, maple syrup, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla.
- In another bowl, beat together cream cheese layer ingredients until smooth.
- Spoon 1-2 tbsp pumpkin mixture onto each pastry, then top with 1-2 tbsp cream cheese mixture.
- Brush edges of pastry with egg wash.
- Bake 18-20 min or until golden brown.
- While pastries cool slightly, whisk glaze ingredients until smooth.
- Drizzle over danishes and enjoy warm!
